Mechanical Applicaton
This technique give support whilst maintaining a full range of motion for joints. This allows patients to continue participating in their normal daily activity or physical activity with functional assistance.
Lymphatic Application
KinesioTape lifts the skin which increases the interstitial space allowing for the lymph system to flow as well as decreasing inflammation in the affected areas. This allows fast healing from acute injuries with swelling and/or bruising.
Ligament/Tendon Application
By assisting the ligaments/tendon in the regular function, KinesioTape assists these structures so that they may heal all the while still functioning correctly.
Space & Functional Correction
This application helps reduce pain by targeting different receptors within the somatosensory system helping modulate pain control at the skin level.
